Azerbaijan has joined OECD BEPS Project
Law of Azerbaijan Republic “On joining Inclusive Framework on Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS)” was approved.
As a result, as of October 26, 2022, the Republic of Azerbaijan has officially joined the Inclusive Framework under the OECD-G20 BEPS project as an associate member.
