We are pleased to announce that the “Books” section of the TaxReview.az portal of CLC is now available for open access use. This new section is intended for the placement of publications dedicated to tax law, including books, commentaries, and similar publications.
Currently, the section features the book “Tax Law” by Farid Nabili, Managing Partner at Caspian Legal Center and a specialist in tax law. This resource, which serves as an important source for the in-depth study and application of tax legislation, is fully accessible to all users in a searchable format.
Written in a clear and accessible style, the book places special emphasis on practical aspects and includes an analysis of approximately 100 international and local court cases. The book is recommended for lawyers, accountants, tax consultants, students studying in these fields, as well as specialists working in public and governmental institutions in the finance and taxation sectors.
