Nigar Guliyeva

Nigar Guliyeva is Legal Associate at CLC and graduate of the Sabah Group of Law studies at Baku State University. During her academic journey, she has not only maintained high academic performance but has also been actively engaged in extracurricular activities outside of the university. She has participated in a variety of events and projects organized by both local and international institutions, as well as in summer schools. At the same time, Nigar Guliyeva participated in a number of court competitions and won the "2023 Khoyski Mediation Court Competition" organized by the Student Scientific Society of Baku State University. Nigar Guliyeva is a highly motivated and promising future professional.

She is primarily engaged in business formation and company incorporation, branch office and representative office registration, compliance and corporate law support (including corporate registry updating, beneficial owner reporting), AML laws compliance and advisory, licensing, permits, immigration law and work permit, liquidation and winding up companies in Azerbaijan.
