Sona Abdullayeva is Senior Legal Associate at Caspian Legal Center. She completed her studies at Baku State University faculty of Law in the English sector and joined the Caspian Legal Center in 2022. She has obtained her LL.M degree from Oxford University (UK) in 2025.
She is specialized in competition law, employment law, corporate law, including specific focus on mergers, merger control, share transfer transactions and acquisitions in Azerbaijan. Sona is a member of the European Competition Lawyers Association, and admitted to Azerbaijani Bar Association.
