Caspian Legal Center Launches New Podcast Series

 

We are delighted to announce the launch of our new podcast series - “CLC Tax Talk”.

 

These series aim to provide insightful discussions on tax regulations and practices in Azerbaijan, featuring our experts from the Caspian Legal Center team.

 

The First episode is dedicated to Corporate Income Tax and Permanent Establishments as introductory topic.

 

As part of CLC Tax Talk podcast series, here we are discussing and introducing corporate income tax regime in Azerbaijan. Foreign businesses having business ties in Azerbaijan, performing services or works in Azerbaijan and their tax liabilities are particularly subject matter of this episode. 

 

Tax implication of non-residents obtaining income from Azerbaijani sources, criteria for permanent establishment and utilization of double tax treaty benefits are discussed, as well.
